Monsoon Luxury Charters

The ultimate Great Barrier Reef experience awaits with your private charter aboard the luxurious MV Monsoon, an affordably luxurious charter vessel operating tailored itineraries to idyllic destinations on the northern Great Barrier Reef.

With a maximum of ten guests, you will have a personalised itinerary tailored to your desires; be it a diving or snorkel adventure, exploring tropical islands or even wetting a fishing line for the catch of the day.

A typical day on Monsoon would see you depart the Port Douglas marina at 8:15am and with a cruising speed of 15 knots, will take you to the best destinations within your day charter time frame.

Enjoy panoramic views from the fly bridge or relax on the front deck for the 1.5-hour journey to the first snorkelling site located at the Outer Reef. After exploring the deep blue amid tropical fish, rays, sharks, turtles and beautiful coral gardens, enjoy a delicious lunch before heading out to deeper waters to fish, or if you prefer, don a scuba tank to explore further. You can also choose to stopover at Low Isles or Mackay Sand Cay. Each day is flexible and tailored just for you.

All snorkelling is included with scuba diving available as an optional activity.

MV Monsoon is a 54 ft (16.5m) classically styled vessel, custom built for comfort on the sea. You’ll have access to all the boat’s facilities including the spacious main saloon, galley, master suite, two twin share cabins, day head and guest bathroom.
