Reef Magic departs daily from Cairns visiting “Marine World” - a 45x12m 2 storey purpose built Outer Reef platform situated on the Eastern end of Moore Reef.
Reef Magic is a 22metre, fast, stable catamaran transporting guests to the true Outer Reef in just 90 minutes providing a full 5 hours actually at the reef. Passenger numbers are capped at 140 avoiding the crowds often associated with similar operations.
On offer is a full range of wet & dry activities catering for people of all ages and swimming abilities from the serious snorkeller and diver to children, families and the elderly who can enjoy a true “reef experience” without even getting wet.
Itinerary:
- 8:30am Check in at the Reef Magic check in desk, located in the Reef Fleet terminal (Cairns & Northern beaches transfers are available for a small fee)9:00am Depart for the reef!
- 10:30am Arrive at “Marine World” on the Outer Barrier Reef. Enjoy morning tea or coffee served with cakes.
- Participate in many of the activities available onboard or just sunbake & relax!
- 12:30pm Tropical smorgasbord lunch.
- More activities or just sunbake & relax!
- 3:00pm Enjoy afternoon tea of cheese & fruit platters
- 3:30pm Depart the reef for a speedy trip back to Cairns
- 5:15pm Arrive back into Cairns
